RESTORE question

Hi... I'm trying to get some files off an old install tape, and I've
gotten a set of BCK extension files onto my user pack. Now I'm trying
to get RESTORE/DIR to let me see what's in them, but it just comes
back with:

%Invalid Backup set attributes - can't use it

I've used the "flx" tool (this is all a simulated 11/70, natch) and
pulled the files out to look at them, and they sure *seem* to have
the expected contents. Is there anything magical I should be doing
to make RESTORE happy with these backup sets?

Thanks,
Andy Valencia

For anybody who might come on this later, the answer is that,
apparently, there are file attributes not preserved by copying
the contents from tape onto disk. My guess is something having
to do with RMS-11. So the solution was to point the RESTORE
at the BCK file directly on the tape, at which point RESTORE would
correctly interact with it.
